My favorite piece of technology (the best piece of technology)

Undoubtedly, technology is transforming our way of living, and food is no stranger to it, in fact, the real change in the face of an industrial revolution is Agriculture, that is, the way we relate to nature.

In recent times, technology is being introduced in the kitchen, revolutionizing the way we cook and, more importantly, shortening and facilitating the various jobs that are performed in this area of the home. Be it the ceramic hob, the fridge, the electric juicer, the dishwasher, etc.

But for me the best invention related to the above is the bread maker, my favorite piece of technology, the simple and fast way to make bread in it is something incredible, shocking for me when I met it last year, but much more for people born before me. It really seems like an act of magic to see water and flour go into a machine and after a few hours see a piece of bread come out of it, without much effort. The truth is that I don't know very well how they work, I still don't understand very well their working principle, even if I apply all my knowledge of reverse engineering (which is not much), I still associate it to an irrational fact.

I think this invention has changed my priorities, before I wanted to raise money for a car or a trip, but now all I want is to buy the FDV Notre-Dame Breadmaker, the best machine on the market with 17 programs (17 fucking programs).

If any person after reading this is left with no desire to have a bread machine (I don't know what person wouldn't want to have one) I recommend you to watch the videos on yotube and see the magic with your own eyes.

I don't have a picture of my parents bread machine (why would I have a picture of that jaja lol), but this is very similar ;)

WHY DID I CHOOSE MY MAJOR? or because she chosse me

When you are a kid, you often imagine yourself working in fancy professions in the future, like astronaut, fireman, actor or mad scientist, etc. But this is not my case, when I was a kid, I wanted to be a garbage worker, because, when I saw the workers throwing the bags hard and then going after the garbage truck, and seeing the wind crashing against their faces, all this apparent freedom and happiness I imagined myself being a garbage man.

But, as I got older, I realized that job wasn't as much fun as it seemed. So I considered being an astronaut, but again I realized that only people in America with lots of money can be astronauts. After these disappointing choices, I decided to get to know myself better and figure out what my calling was. So I started taking vocational tests (bad idea).

Finally, with the help of an ex XD, I can see my choices, first: History, Archeology and Gastronomy, the first one was discarded by my parents, because, let's be honest, history is not valued in this country. Anyway, for some reason they accept me in Anthropology (the main reason why I chose and study that right now). As you could know in my previous post, I'm not from Santiago, so, living alone and starting a career was very stressful, more the former than the latter.

But as Sun Stuz said (he didn't really say it), inside the darkness there is always light. And in the career I meet really good, fantastic people, and getting out of my comfort zone is very good for me.

Who i am??????

Hello to all who read this text, this is my blog and the first publication should be a brief biography.

I was born on July 23, 2004 in the city of Arica, the city of spring. But my first years of life I lived in the town called colchane and enquelga, because my mother worked as a school teacher. My mother, Lola Monica Aguayo, is my favorite person, thanks to her I am where I am now. In 2010, when I was 6 years old, I went to live with my grandmother because my mother and my two brothers have to finish the school year. I entered Ford High School with my brothers, Levi Luciano and Diego Lucas. I will start with my older brother, Levi is a very important person for me, because in any situation he helps me and with any subject and he doesn't judge me. Diego my middle brother is very special because he is my confidant, he knows my things before anyone else, he is very funny and makes me very happy.

I spent the whole school year at Ford College, which was very boring, but I met fantastic people, for example my only 2 friends, Salvador and Daniel.

I forgot two very important and relevant people in my life, my grandmother Monica and my father Carol. The first one, the most beautiful person in the world, she took care of me when I was a little benjamin, she gave me a lot of love, more than I needed and she spoiled me ;).

My father, the man who taught me the really important things like empathy, loneliness, and has always been grateful to have what he has, this does not mean that he is a conformist, on the contrary, the search for something better does not mean that I am not happy with what I have.

Well this is what I am or so I believe.
