My favorite piece of technology (the best piece of technology)

Undoubtedly, technology is transforming our way of living, and food is no stranger to it, in fact, the real change in the face of an industrial revolution is Agriculture, that is, the way we relate to nature.

In recent times, technology is being introduced in the kitchen, revolutionizing the way we cook and, more importantly, shortening and facilitating the various jobs that are performed in this area of the home. Be it the ceramic hob, the fridge, the electric juicer, the dishwasher, etc.

But for me the best invention related to the above is the bread maker, my favorite piece of technology, the simple and fast way to make bread in it is something incredible, shocking for me when I met it last year, but much more for people born before me. It really seems like an act of magic to see water and flour go into a machine and after a few hours see a piece of bread come out of it, without much effort. The truth is that I don't know very well how they work, I still don't understand very well their working principle, even if I apply all my knowledge of reverse engineering (which is not much), I still associate it to an irrational fact.

I think this invention has changed my priorities, before I wanted to raise money for a car or a trip, but now all I want is to buy the FDV Notre-Dame Breadmaker, the best machine on the market with 17 programs (17 fucking programs).

If any person after reading this is left with no desire to have a bread machine (I don't know what person wouldn't want to have one) I recommend you to watch the videos on yotube and see the magic with your own eyes.

I don't have a picture of my parents bread machine (why would I have a picture of that jaja lol), but this is very similar ;)

  1. the bread maker seems like a very useful technology, especially for not having to wait in line for bread at the store and for it to end up stale.
